You will have the chance to discover the most beautiful corners and alleys of the Jewish Ghetto (Ghetto ebraico) and to try a typical Jewish – Roman style aperitivo, that includes the yummy deep-fried artichokes (carciofi alla giudia), so famous in Rome! You will also taste the “concia” of zucchini, and a small caponata.

In Trastevere you will taste the famous supplì (fried rice ball with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese, to die for) and a local type of crunchy focaccia/pizza pocket filled with different sauces.

The experience includes wine chosen from an incredible selection of local wines from Lazio region, made out of autochthonous grapes.
Caffè espresso and gelato will be the sweet treats of the experience.

Upon request, a delicious pasta tasting is available.
